Refund & Cancellation Policy

Clients can cancel at any time, including the same day of a submitted order. Usually a client cancelation will result in time running out. For instance, if the client cancels in the middle of the fourth or fifth month in a six-month segment, password access will continue through the six months paid. The same usually applies if a cancelation is made toward the end of an annual 12-month segment. However, if a client requests a refund for remaining unread monthly issues, it is given. When the newsletter is far different from expected upon order, a full refund is granted immediately. In some circumstances, a refund is granted for the most recent month even though already posted and made available for download. Those circumstances include decisions not to renew shortly after the renewal payment was made. Other consideration is given to clients wishing for the most recent issue to be refunded, when under financial strain for whatever reason.
